专利说明:
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION This object is achieved by a training and rehabilitation device according to the present invention. The device comprises a ball which is detachably connected to at least one rod shaft, the rod shaft having fastening means for fastening the ball at one of its ends. The ball can be any ball or a small ball, have any shape, be intended for any sport, optionally also be a ball without a specific sport. The balls can be made of any material, e.g. Rubber, plastic, rubber, leather, be made from a composite material, from a rubberized layer material, foam, soft foam, etc. The balls can be either single-walled balls or double-walled balls. Single-walled balls have only one coat. In the case of a double-walled ball, the outer shell is the envelope or sheath of the ball and the second shell is the bladder of the ball. The rod shaft can be made of a hard material, such as hard plastic, wood, metal, or of a flexible material, such as rubber, silicone, rubber, braided multi-layer rubber, soft foam, foam or composite material. The rod shaft can either have a fixed length or an adjustable length, for example in the form of a telescopic rod. The rod shaft can have any cross section, for example circular, semicircular, rectangular or hexagonal. The stem shaft can be easily attached to the ball and in turn can be easily removed from the ball while the ball can be used for normal play without the shaft. / 15 AT15 863U1 2018-07-15 Austrian Patent Office The fasteners can be made of different materials, usually flexible materials such as plastic, rubber, silicone or composite materials, while preferably those materials are used which abrasion at the site of Minimize the fastening groove in the envelope of the ball and at the same time prevent injuries if the person using the device comes into contact with the ball in the region of the fastening groove. The fasteners can be provided by different methods. It is important that the means ensure the connection between the ball and the stem, so that the ball is not accidentally released during training or rehabilitation. The fastener may be positioned to closely fit the ball valve, but may also be on the opposite side of the ball valve or optionally in any other position with respect to the ball valve. In the case of double-walled balls, the fastener is normally attached outside the valve of the ball. In one embodiment of the invention, a fastening groove is formed in the envelope of the ball (outside the valve of the ball) into which the fastening means fits. The fastening groove is formed in the outer shell of the ball as a hole in the shell of the ball, so that the bubble of the ball is not affected. The shape and the diameter of the groove are such that the fastening means can be fitted and fastened in the envelope of the ball and a spontaneous release of the fastening means during training or rehabilitation is prevented. From the point of view that the ball is also used for normal play, it is advantageous if the groove has the smallest possible diameter. In one embodiment of the invention, the fastener is a slightly convex body with a circular shape, which is inserted into the fastening groove. The fastening means can be made with a connecting material for the purpose of being connected to the rod shaft and fixing the means in the fastening groove, for example a bolt (with any shape of the bolt head) with a thread, either an internal thread or an external thread, and can also be provided with a coating, with non-slip means or a groove on its outer circumference. In another embodiment of the invention, the fastener is an outer convex cover with a circular shape, which is attached to the outside of the ball and which is further provided with an insert which fits into the fastening groove. The insert may have the shape of a cylinder or the shape of a truncated cone, for example. The insert can be made of a flexible material such as rubber, silicone, etc. It can be in the form of a casting if the insert is in one piece, or it can be composed of several parts using standard connecting means. The fastener is normally inserted into the ball when the pressure in the ball is released, when the ball is softer and the bladder of the ball adapts to the shape of the insert. After the ball has been inflated again, the insert easily holds in the fastening groove. The cover can be provided with other means for fixing the fastening means, for example by coating, non-slip dents, etc. The cover can also be provided with a thread. The insert is connected to the cover by suitable means, such as bolts, flexible seals, reinforcement rings, etc. In another embodiment of the invention, based on single-walled balls, the fastener is typically attached so that it is connected to the valve of the ball. The valve and the fastener can be connected by conventional connecting means. The valve can be used to inflate the ball, for example after unscrewing the agent. The valve and the fastening means can also be permanently fastened, for example by gluing. [0018] The connection between the rod shaft and the fastening means can either be 2/15 AT15 863U1 2018-07-15 Austrian Patent office which can be fixed or detachable. If it is detachable, the detachability is normally ensured by a thread, for example by using threaded rods with an internal or external thread. In order to increase safety and to minimize the risk of injury, the balls can be provided with a safety line or cord which, in the event of unexpected tearing, damage or removal of the ball, ensures that the ball gets caught on the rod shaft. [0020] The rod shaft is preferably provided with a gripping means at the second end. The gripping means can be, for example, a ring (a hard plastic, or flexible rubber), a T-shaped handle, a handle, a handle, a handle or a tab. The gripping means can be attached to the rod shaft by a permanent connection or can be connected (for example by screws) by using suitable means for fastening the gripping means to the rod shaft. The gripping means can be made of any material, for example hard, such as plastic, aluminum, titanium, carbon, steel, or flexible, such as silicone, rubber or composite materials. Preferably the ball is detachably connected to a plurality of rod shafts, e.g. two, four, six or eight. In such a case, a fastening means is provided at one end of each rod shaft and a corresponding fastening groove is provided in the sheath of the ball for each rod shaft, the means of the rod shaft fitting into the groove. A protective means is preferably provided around the circumference of the rod shaft, the purpose of which is to prevent injuries to a user who comes into contact with the rod shaft. The protective agent can be in the form of softened material that is permanently glued to the rod shaft. In this case the gripping means is typically attached to the protective means. The securing means can also be in the form of a cover made of soft material, which is pushed onto the shaft or placed over the shaft. In this case, the protective agent is attached to the rod shaft by suitable brackets. [0023] The rod shaft preferably has an adjustable length. This can be achieved, for example, by using a telescopic rod that has holes for adjusting the length, for example. When the individual parts are connected to one another, any available connection and any auxiliary material can be used, for example bolts (with a circular, semicircular or conical head), securing bolts, clamps, pins, threaded rods with internal or external threads, sleeves, washers , Springs, flexible seals; Nuts, shafts, cords, cords, etc. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWING The technical solution is shown in detail in the figures of the drawings.
